Job Description
Pinnacle Infotech Solutions is seeking a Contract Accounts Manager to join our Accounts department. The selected individual will be responsible for invoicing & managing and ensuring the timely recovery of accounts receivable as per contractual agreements. This role involves tracking all contracts, liaising with customers, and ensuring prompt payments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Track and maintain detailed records of contract terms, payment schedules, and outstanding balances.
- to Monitor and manage accounts receivable for all contractual projects.
- Communicate with customers ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies in collaboration with the project and finance teams.
- Prepare MIS reports
- Prepare and send regular statements of accounts and reminders to customers.
- Generate Invoices
- Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to track payment status and identify overdue accounts.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on accounts receivable status and recovery progress.
Total Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Contracts and Accounts receivable management, preferably in a contract-based environment.
Desired Skill:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Desired Qualification:
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in Accounting / Finance /Business Administration, or a related field.
