Responsibilities

Collaborate with customer subject matter experts to define learning objectives and instructional goals.

Analyze base content to design a high-level course structure aligned with client needs.

Develop content on selected topics tailored to customer requirements.

Translate abstract concepts into clear, concrete visuals for effective understanding.

Create detailed storyboards that visualize the learning module, including content, instructional graphics, user interface, and scripts.

Apply proven adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and best practices in course development.

Design engaging learning activities and compelling course content to enhance knowledge retention and skill transfer.

Lead eLearning development teams to build courses based on approved storyboards.

Independently or collaboratively develop interactive eLearning courses using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.

Prepare and communicate eLearning development plans, providing periodic progress reports to stakeholders.

Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and storyboard development.

Manage course development projects, including planning, execution, reporting, and adherence to timelines.

Build and maintain client relationships, managing accounts and expectations to ensure ongoing collaboration.

nduct skill development training or information sessions for clients and internal teams.

Support HR teams with training-related activities.

Partner with business development teams in a digital learning SME role during customer solution discussions.

Lead eLearning development requirements from initial discussions and solution presentations through to proposal preparation and project closure.

Perform quality checks on developed courses, review with customers, and implement necessary revisions.

ntribute to business development by onboarding new clients in the digital learning domain.

Provide SME support in customer meetings to strengthen the digital learning business function.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Masters degree in a related technical field
  • Certifications in relevant eLearning development tools

Experience

:

  • At least five years working experience in training design and delivery, instructional design , E-Learning development and business development.

Essential Skills

:

  • In-depth knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
  • Knowledge of standard Learning Management System
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills
