Job Title: Sales Team Leader

Location: Hyundai Dealership, Jharsuguda & Sambalpur, Odisha

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide a team of Sales Consultants to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Assist team members in closing high-value or complex deals.
  • Monitor daily activities, lead follow-ups, and enquiry handling.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
  • Ensure proper documentation, vehicle delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments like Finance, Insurance, and Delivery for seamless operations.
  • Track and improve enquiry conversion ratio.
  • Provide product knowledge and sales process training to new sales staff.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Report daily/weekly/monthly performance to the Sales Manager.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA Preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automobile sales as a Team Leader.
  • Must possess a valid Driving License (both two-wheeler & four wheeler mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and DMS/CRM software.
  • Only need from Auto Mobile Experience.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/-
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives as per dealership policy up-to 15-20 K
  • Other Benefits: Training, career growth path, and employee benefits
