Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling) Consultant

with 5-8 years of hands-on experience to participate in the implementation,

enhancement, and support of our SAP S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate

will possess deep functional expertise in core financial modules, a strong

understanding of integration points, and the ability to translate business

requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will act as a crucial link between the

finance business users and the technical teams.

Key Responsibilities


• Implementation & Configuration: Lead and participate in full-lifecycle SAP

implementations, rollouts, and upgrades, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA

Finance.


• Module Expertise: Configure and customize key SAP FI/CO modules including:

  • General Ledger (FI-GL), Accounts Payable (FI-AP), Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
  • Asset Accounting (FI-AA), Bank Accounting (FI-BL)
  • Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), Internal Orders (CO-IO), Profit Center

Accounting (EC-PCA)

  • Product Costing (CO-PC) is a significant plus.


• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze,

design, and document "to-be" business processes and functional requirements.


• Solution Design: Provide expert advice on best practices and design scalable SAP

solutions that meet business needs while adhering to global standards.


• Integration Management: Understand and manage integration points between

FI/CO and other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PM) and external systems.


• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide high-level support for incident resolution,

perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for finance-related

issues.


• Testing & Training: Develop test scenarios, lead user acceptance testing (UAT),

and create end-user documentation and training materials.


• Project Leadership: Manage workstreams or small projects, ensuring deliverables

are met on time and within budget. Mentor junior consultants.

Required Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information

Technology, or a related field.
