Role & responsibilities :

  • Enhance the efficiency and performance of equipment through regular maintenance, calibration, and adjustments. This aims to improve overall operational efficiency and energy consumption.
  • Implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to extend the lifespan of equipment and systems. This includes regular servicing, replacements, and refurbishments as needed.
  • Control maintenance costs by implementing cost-effective maintenance practices, optimizing inventory management for spare parts, and reducing the need for emergency repairs through effective planning.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. This includes keeping up with relevant codes and regulations for electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.
  • Continuously improve the skills and knowledge of maintenance personnel through training and development programs. This helps in keeping the team up-to-date with the latest technologies and maintenance techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment histories, and performance metrics. This helps in tracking maintenance trends, analyzing performance, and making informed decisions.
