MIS Executive

Job Summary:
The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and analyzing data to support decision-making processes across departments. This role involves generating reports, maintaining databases, automating data processes, and ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of information systems within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, generate, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly reports for various departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.)
- Maintain and update MIS systems and databases.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using tools like Excel (macros), Power BI, or other BI tools.
- Analyze trends in data and prepare actionable insights and dashboards.
- Coordinate with departments to collect data and understand reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across platforms.
- Support management with data-driven insights for strategic planning.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and support IT in maintaining the reporting infrastructure.
- Create and manage documentation for reporting procedures and data flows.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.)
- Working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,027.05 per month
