We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Media & Marketing Intern to join the Shrisia team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our brand's growth journey. You will be responsible for creating and executing a social media strategy that celebrates the authentic beauty of our handloom Chanderi sarees and connects us with a wider audience.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, reels, stories) across all our social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest).
  • Content Creation: Ideate and develop compelling posts that highlight the craftsmanship, heritage, and beauty of our sarees and the stories of the artisans who create them.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
  • Marketing & Promotion: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales. This includes working on email newsletters and social media ad content.
  • Performance Analysis: Help track key social media metrics and provide insights to improve our strategy.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, competitor activity, and best practices in the fashion and handloom industry.

Qualifications:

  • A passion for Indian handlooms, textiles, and fashion.
  • Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their features.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and design.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
