Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join the MAY & CO. team in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing. The intern will contribute to building brand awareness and engaging with our community by developing and executing creative content strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and others.
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer interactions promptly.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics using social media analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment between content, campaigns, and overall brand objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Support in executing digital marketing initiatives that complement social media strategies.
  • Contribute fresh, creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and content creation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
  • Experience with social media content creation (graphic design, photography, video editing).
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and their analytics tools.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for innovative content.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
