Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Vendor Empanelment Expert located in Ahmedabad. The Vendor Empanelment Expert will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and empaneling potential vendors to ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services. This includes negotiating contracts, maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and monitoring vendor performance. The role also involves managing vendor documentation, compliance, and payment processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience in getting IT company onboarded in big IT companies like TCS, IBM
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for vendor documentation
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using procurement and vendor management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Relevant experience in IT services and solutions industry is a plus
