Role Description
We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of experience for a full-time on-site role in Nashik. The position involves supervision of a high-end residential bungalow, ensuring that all site activities are executed as per design, specifications, and quality standards.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day site management, coordinating with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of project milestones.


Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily site activities for residential construction.

Ensure work execution aligns with drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate between design and construction teams to resolve on-site issues.

Monitor material usage, site progress, and maintain site records.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, safety, and regulatory standards.

Assist in preparing progress reports and documentation.


Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

1–2 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in residential or bungalow projects.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and site management.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management tools.

Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
