Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and follow up on inquiries from potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about our products/services.
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone with all prospects and clients.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Maintain and update the CRM or lead tracking system regularly.
  • Follow up on previous leads and nurture them through regular communication.
  • Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team (if applicable).
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting metrics.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only
  • Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [language preference – e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali].
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
