**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls and follow up on inquiries from potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about our products/services.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone with all prospects and clients.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, online research, and other lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and update the CRM or lead tracking system regularly.
- Follow up on previous leads and nurture them through regular communication.
- Schedule appointments or demos for the sales team (if applicable).
- Meet daily/weekly calling targets and reporting metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for smooth lead conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele calling, customer service, or lead generation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in [language preference - e.g., English, Hindi, Bengali].
- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
