Designation: Manager - Quality and QMS.

Qualifications: B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical or Automobile or Production engineering from a recognized university or institution. With or without any post-graduation.

Experience: 8-10 years in a reputed auto ancillary industry with at least 5 years as an Management Representative.

Package: 6 to 8 Lakhs per annum.

Job Requirements:

A. Extensive Experience in Writing Procedures, Making Flow Charts etc.

B. Expert in usage of MS Office functions like Excel, Word and PPT.

C. Command on English and National / Local language. (Spoken + Written)

D. Meticulous Planner as well as drive to execute as planned.

E. Team player, Motivator, Problem Solving and Mediating attitude.

F. Good Crisis Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Preparing, Drafting and Publishing all Quality System Procedures (Including Departmental Procedures, Quality Manual and other QMS documents).
  2. Integration of all Customer Specific Requirements with the QMS systems.
  3. Establishing and Implementing the QMS systems across the organization.
  4. Ensuring the compliance of all the functions as per the IATF 16949:2016 standard
  5. Coordinating with Certifying Body as the Management Representative.
  6. Responsible to prepare and implement the management plan to achieve the quality objectives and monitor the effectiveness of action taken.
  7. Responsible to identify the internal issues, external issues, risk from the process and initiate the systematic action.
  8. Responsible for Internal Audits, Product audits, Process Audits and Layered Process Audits as per defined frequency and monitoring the effectiveness of actions taken against audit NCRs.
  9. Goods skills in key quality management functions. Expert in 7 QC tools and ability to provide training to junior staff across the organization.
  10. Responsible for KPI monitoring on daily basis and initiate the actions against the target failure and present the data in monthly review meeting.
  11. Preparing Management Review Meeting Schedule and conducting Management Review Meetings.
  12. Preparing Audit schedules, Conducting Internal Audits, preparing audit reports, Writing Non Conformity reports.
  13. Responsible for Supplier Quality, In-House Quality, New Product Development Quality and Customer Quality.
  14. Responsible for Customer Complaints handling.
  15. Facilitating completion of APQP. Owning Control Plans, FMEAs etc.
