We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with deep expertise in designing, automating, and managing DevOps pipelines specifically for Android & iOS hybrid applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mobile CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and deployment automation. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth application builds, scalable environments, and high availability of our mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Android & iOS hybrid applications (React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).

  • Build & Release Management: Automate mobile build processes (Gradle, Fastlane, Xcode build tools) and manage releases on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Provision and manage scalable infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.

  • Containerization & Orchestration: Implement Docker/Kubernetes solutions for scalable mobile backend and build environments.

  • Cloud Platforms: Deploy and manage mobile apps/services in AWS / Azure / GCP.

  • Monitoring & Logging: Set up application performance monitoring and logging using tools like Datadog, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Firebase Crashlytics.

  • Security & Compliance: Ensure security best practices in pipelines (code signing, certificate management, secret management).

  • Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure smooth release cycles and minimal downtime.

  • Automation: Continuously improve automation for testing, deployment, and infrastructure scalability.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong experience in CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or CircleCI.

  • Expertise in mobile build automation: Gradle, Fastlane, Xcode, Android Studio CLI tools.

  • Proficiency in hybrid application frameworks: React Native, Flutter, Ionic (pipeline optimization).

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) – especially for mobile backend & deployment.

  • Strong knowledge of containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in App Store & Play Store release automation.

  • Knowledge of OTA (Over The Air) mobile deployments.

  • Hands-on with code signing automation for iOS & Android.

  • Familiarity with QA automation frameworks for mobile (Appium, Detox, Espresso, XCTest).

  • Prior experience in scaling DevOps for large mobile user bases.
