About the role
- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.
- Maintain healthy relationships with business stakeholders, risk partners and extended site/entity risk teams
- Exhibit strong knowledge & good understanding of Enterprise risk frameworks, best practices & industry trends
- Maintain risk registers which includes adding/modifying risk summary, mitigating actions and supporting information
- Govern & track risks for progress, timely actions and closures in collaboration with the risk owners
- Perform ongoing risk assessments, reviews and control gap analysis to discover new risks
- Work jointly with the risk partners and business teams to proactively identify/discover new risks
- Maintain team/functional/site risk dashboards and share ongoing progress updates with the key stakeholders
- Extend necessary support on ensure risk platforms/tools are adequately leveraged & sustained
- Enable risk culture & awareness among the teams through ongoing learning interventions/awareness campaigns
- Support ongoing enhancement / continuous improvement in the risk programme posture & control environment
- Monitor & report on established risk metrics
- Provide guidance & support to business in identifying/developing effective risk mitigation strategies
- Investing in learning & development of your skills to optimally contribute to improvement of the risk programme
- Ensure compliance with the group risk management blueprint, policies & framework
