Role & responsibilities

Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize and maintain the Directors calendar, appointments, and

meetings.

Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries: Using Travel Platform, book

Domestic and International Air Tickets, VISA formalities, and obtain clearances from all relevant

authorities, Hotel booking, and scheduling travel itinerary.

Communication Handling: Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Draft,

proofread, and format official communications and reports.

Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, documents, and reports for meetings, maintain filing

systems, and confidential records. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf

of the Director.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking

minutes.

Ensure timely follow-up on action items and decisions.

Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Exercise sound

judgment in managing confidential matters.

Office Management: Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement as needed.

Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication

Tech Proficiency: MS Office Suite, calendar tools, email platforms, Advanced Excel

Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities

Discretion: Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Professionalism, Polished

demeanor, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Attributes: Proactive and resourceful, Calm under pressure, High attention to detail Flexible

and adaptable to changing priorities

Remuneration: Will be commensurate with experience and skill
