Role & responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute civil construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
  • Ensure that all civil works (foundation, structure, concrete, formwork, and finishing) are carried out with quality and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of site activities.
  • Prepare daily progress reports, material consumption records, and site measurement sheets.
  • Verify and certify subcontractor bills and site work quantities.
  • Ensure proper implementation of design changes and handle on-site technical issues.
  • Maintain coordination with QA/QC and safety teams to ensure adherence to standards.
  • Inspect and ensure that materials used at site comply with project and client requirements.
  • Monitor manpower, machinery, and material utilization for effective progress.
  • Support project documentation and assist in client/site inspections.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 36 years of experience in site execution of industrial, substation, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of civil construction drawings, bar bending schedules (BBS), and concrete works.
  • Familiar with relevant IS codes, construction standards, and safety practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic project reporting tools.
  • Excellent site supervision, coordination, and communication skills.

Willing to work at remote project locations and handle site teams independently
