1. Guest Experience & Front Office

  • Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction throughout the stay.
  • Handle guest complaints or escalations promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee front office operations including check-in, check-out, reservations, and billing.
  • Monitor online reviews (OTA/Google) and ensure timely responses.

2. Housekeeping Management

  • Ensure rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors for timely room readiness.
  • Maintain linen inventory and cleanliness protocols.

3. Food & Beverage Oversight

  • Monitor breakfast service quality and guest feedback.
  • Ensure F&B areas follow hygiene, storage, and safety guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team for menu planning and service efficiency.

4. Staff Management

  • Supervise, train, and motivate operational staff across departments.
  • Maintain duty rosters and ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Conduct regular briefings, performance evaluations, and ensure discipline.

5. Administrative & Operational Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of all departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance.
  • Implement SOPs and ensure compliance with resort policies.
  • Manage vendor relationships for supplies and services.
  • Monitor inventory of consumables, amenities, cleaning supplies, etc.

6. Finance & Cost Control

  • Monitor daily expenses and operational costs.
  • Control wastage and ensure cost-efficient operations.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking.

7. Maintenance & Safety

  • Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
  • Coordinate with technicians for quick resolution of complaints.
  • Ensure safety, fire, and emergency standards are adhered to.

8. Sales & Revenue Support

  • Assist in managing OTA extranets, pricing, and availability strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales partners, travel agents, and corporate clients.
  • Support in promotional activities and guest retention programs.

Job Type: Full-time
