Your role will involve leading daily retail operations to drive sales and achieve business targets. You will be responsible for overseeing, motivating, and managing a team of 30+ employees to ensure high performance and engagement. Monitoring financial performance and implementing strategies to improve sales, profitability, and operational efficiency will be a crucial part of your responsibilities.
