**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**:

- Provide on-site or remote technical support for retail staff and customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail technology.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware/software systems for retail locations.
- **System Maintenance & Monitoring**:

- Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems, including POS systems, inventory management software, and digital signage.
- Monitor system performance and notify IT team of any performance issues or potential problems.
- Support regular maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and system upgrades.
- **Inventory & Asset Management**:

- Help manage IT assets and inventory, including hardware, software, and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment stock and assist with device audits and replacements as needed.
- **Training & Documentation**:

- Provide basic training to retail staff on the use of IT systems, software, and hardware.
- Assist in creating and maintaining user guides and documentation for retail IT systems and troubleshooting processes.
- **Collaborate with IT Team**:

- Work closely with the IT Manager and other IT staff to identify and resolve issues affecting retail technology.
- Assist in the deployment of new retail technology solutions and system integrations.
- **Security & Compliance**:

- Assist with the implementation of security measures to protect retail IT systems from cyber threats.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to data protection and IT security.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
