Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on end-to-end implementation, support, and maintenance of SAP BW systems.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to design data models and reporting solutions.
  • Develop, test, and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Create and maintain InfoObjects, DataSources, InfoProviders, DTPs, and transformations in SAP BW.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP BW with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Design and deliver custom reports using SAP Business Explorer (BEx) and/or other reporting tools.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP BW process chains and performance-related issues.
  • Prepare technical documentation for configurations, custom developments, and user guides.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an SAP BW consultant with a focus on SAP BW or SAP BW on HANA.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and managing SAP BW objects like DataSources, InfoCubes, ADSOs, CP and CV.
  • Proficiency in ABAP for BW (e.g., writing routines in transformations or user exits).
  • Understanding of SAP BW data architecture, data modeling, and data flow concepts.
  • Experience in ETL processes and integration with source systems like SAP ECC, SAP S4 on HANA, or third-party systems.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAP BEx, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), or other BI platforms is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP BW/S4 on HANA architecture and advanced data modeling techniques.
  • Certification in SAP BW or SAP BW/S4 on HANA.
  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of the hospital industry is an advantage.
