Role Overview
You will be working in network and collaboration services team, helping to manage a
global communications network
through tooling, automation, S W development and data management.

What Will You Do In This Role

• Learn and improve company's processes related to network management and seek opportunities to build automated solutions
• Develop automation solutions for network management
• Develop automation solutions for self-service of network services
• Develop, maintain & support automation solutions built primarily in AWS
• Develop, maintain & support Ansible playbooks
• Develop efficient ways to deploy & run automation solutions
• Participate in network automation community of practice
• Become a point of contact for existing and new network tools
• Drive improvements in the processes around selected network tools
• Manage data quality for selected tools
• Design and maintain the configuration of selected tools based on business demand
• Participate in evaluating new tools
• Cooperate closely with network designers and network operations
• Apply good development and documentation practices

What Should You Have

• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
• Experience 11+ yrs
• Skilled in designing solutions that address complex integration challenges while considering scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
• Solid understanding of IP-based communication networks (on the level of CCNA)
• Understanding of network management and network operations.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences
• The candidate will have high ethical standards and be entrusted with sensitive access to our most critical architecture.

Experience in one or more of the following areas is a must

• Solid understanding of Ansible and real-world experience in developing Ansible playbooks to manage network infrastructure
• At least an intermediate experience in Python
• Solid understanding of AWS offerings and how they can be used in solution design
• Strong willingness to keep learning new technologies
• Able to establish good working relationships globally and collaborate with networks of employees at all levels.

Skills

• Skilled in designing solutions that address complex integration challenges while considering scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
