Role & responsibilities
- Develop business through regular contacts with Customers & Agents
- Increase business growth rate tonnage-wise and achieve the target fixed from time to time.
- Visit allotted Agent offices as per schedule for verification of stocks & records, etc.
- Visit customers for new business, service feedback, issues and follow-up for further action.
- Attend for party complaints and solve the issues.
- Fixation of Agents, execution of Agents agreements.
- Follow-up for payments, recover the dues from the credit parties.
- Prepare & submit business analysis report.
- Provide periodical reports to the reporting manager as per the timelines.
Desired profile
- 5- 8 years experience in business development in any road transport industry
- Local territory knowledge
- Must speak local language
- Good communication skills
