Role & responsibilities

  • Develop business through regular contacts with Customers & Agents
  • Increase business growth rate tonnage-wise and achieve the target fixed from time to time.
  • Visit allotted Agent offices as per schedule for verification of stocks & records, etc.
  • Visit customers for new business, service feedback, issues and follow-up for further action.
  • Attend for party complaints and solve the issues.
  • Fixation of Agents, execution of Agents agreements.
  • Follow-up for payments, recover the dues from the credit parties.
  • Prepare & submit business analysis report.
  • Provide periodical reports to the reporting manager as per the timelines.

Desired profile

  • 5- 8 years experience in business development in any road transport industry
  • Local territory knowledge
  • Must speak local language
  • Good communication skills
