*Job Summary:

The Client Serving Manager will oversee the client servicing team, ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction and successful event execution. This role requires a seasoned professional with strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience in client management within the event industry.

*Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

  2. Lead the client servicing team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

  3. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing their needs and expectations.

  4. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (production, design, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.

  5. Address and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

  6. Team Leadership:

  7. Manage and mentor the client servicing team, setting clear goals and performance expectations.

  8. Provide regular feedback, support, and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.

  9. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

  10. Monitor team performance and implement improvement plans as needed.

  11. Strategic Planning:


•Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client experience.

  • Collaborate with the business development team to align client service initiatives with business goals.

  • Conduct regular client satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive improvements.

  • Event Coordination:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of client events, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to finalize event details, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Manage event budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.

  • Attend events to ensure smooth execution and address any on-site issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70, ₹120,000.00 per month
