The Role

We're looking for a
skilled Software Developer (Contractor, India-based)
to design and deliver digital solutions for our international clients. This is a remote role where you'll collaborate closely with consultants and analysts in the UK to drive efficiency and measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and test applications aligned with client requirements.
  • Translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Build clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Python, , React, HTML/CSS, SQL, and APIs.
  • Implement database and third-party integrations.
  • Debug, test, and document to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborate with remote teams across time zones.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong coding skills in at least one core language:
    Python, , or React
    .
  • Good understanding of
    relational databases (SQL)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum
    ways of working.
  • Problem-solving mindset, able to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for remote collaboration.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and deadline-oriented.

Contract Details

  • Independent contractor role (self-employed/freelance).
  • Duration:
    6–12 months
    (potential to extend).
  • Competitive monthly fee (discussed during selection).
  • Flexible working hours, with some overlap with UK time zones.
  • Contractor is responsible for their own tax compliance in India.
