Key Responsibilities

  • Cost control on R & M
  • Ensure the required number of vehicles are deployed as per MIOP
  • To provide required number of vehicles/Machines for operation in time.
  • Ensuring proper preventive maintenance / Schedule servicing of vehicles & Machines.
  • Ensuring quick response to attend break down vehicles in the field.
  • Ensuring proper documentation of fleet maintenance work.
  • Monitoring of fleet maintenance work and man power.
  • Ensuring quick response to attend break down vehicles in the field.

  • Schedule the servicing of all the Vehicles.
  • Responsible to keep maximum number of vehicles/Machines in serviceable condition.
  • Responsible to maintain Repairs and Maintenance (R & M) cost within the budget.
  • Responsible for on time payment of vehicle insurances and permits renewal
  • Proper coordination with vendors and stake holders for regular service of the vehicles.
  • Ensure Availability of Spare parts in the Workshop
