Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Lucknow. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operational tasks, manage team activities, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain efficient workflows. Responsibilities also include coordinating with stakeholders, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and services.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and oversee teams.
  • Operational planning, time management, and organizational expertise.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team coordination.
  • Experience in project supervision, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in real estate management or a similar field is a plus.
