Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager, based in Lucknow. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate team tasks, and ensure smooth workflow. Responsibilities include meeting operational goals, managing team members, assisting in the development of strategies, and maintaining client satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and reporting to senior management will also be part of the role. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.

  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and business applications
  • Adaptability and time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment
  • Previous experience in consumer services or a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline is preferred
