Company Description

We are engaged in providing Server's, Networking, Finacle Support services and other misc services to Many Banks.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Finacle L2 Resource. The Finacle L2 Resource will be responsible for managing and supporting the Finacle Core Banking solution, diagnosing issues, and resolving them effectively. Daily tasks include providing timely support to users, ensuring smooth banking operations, and liaising with Finacle's Tier 1 support team. The role involves monitoring system performance, updating software, and performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Additionally, the Finacle L2 Resource will be responsible for training staff on system functionalities and troubleshooting.

Experience : 6+ years. Of course outstanding performer are welcome

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent Communication and L2 Service skills
  • Understanding of banking operations and software support
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

CBS Requirement

  • Experience with core banking systems Finacle 10.2.x
  • Abiility to Develop New Menu's / Modify the existing Core Menu.
  • New / Maintain Finacle Scripting and/or Workflows / SRV call
  • Finacle Integrator (FI) - Knowledge
  • EOD /BOD – is aware of the process & resolve.
  • Finacle – Loans , Assets & Liabilities Life Cycle
  • Finacle Core Table Knowledge
  • Resolving problems escalated from L1 / Bank Branch
  • NEFT /RTGS Messaging - Basics to Advance
  • Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL , Functions & Procedures
