About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP PS Consultant to join our dynamic team in Mumbai or Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP Project System (PS) modules, with a strong understanding of integration across core SAP domains. This role involves end-to-end project delivery—from requirement gathering and design to configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute SAP PS design, configuration, and implementation activities, including full lifecycle and enhancement projects.
  • Define and manage project structures, WBS elements, networks, milestones, cost planning, and budgeting in SAP PS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and technical documentation.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, and SD modules for end-to-end business process flow.
  • Prepare and execute test plans (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure solution quality and compliance.
  • Provide post-go-live support, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Develop training materials, configuration guides, and user documentation.
  • Contribute to SAP upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS).
  • Strong functional expertise in project structuring, WBS, networks, milestones, cost planning, and project tracking.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end SAP PS implementations and support engagements.
  • Solid understanding of cross-module integration with FI/CO, MM, and SD.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAP PS Certification preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments is an added advantage.
  • Experience in Agile / Hybrid project delivery methodologies will be beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
