Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP PS (Project System) Consultant to join our team. The role requires strong expertise in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PS solutions with solid understanding of project management processes and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, configure, and support SAP PS module to meet business requirements.
  • Gather and analyze client requirements, prepare functional specifications, and deliver SAP PS solutions.
  • Configure project structures (WBS, Networks, Activities, Milestones, Cost Planning, and Budgeting).
  • Manage project-related functionalities such as resource planning, material planning, confirmations, and billing.
  • Handle integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR modules.
  • Support testing cycles (Unit, Integration, UAT) and resolve defects.
  • Prepare end-user documentation and conduct training sessions.
  • Participate in rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements of SAP PS.
  • Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot system issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–8 years of experience in SAP PS implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of project management processes (Cost Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Resource Allocation).
  • Hands-on configuration experience in WBS, Networks, Milestones, Cost Planning, and Progress Analysis.
  • Experience in preparing functional specs for RICEFW developments.
  • Good understanding of financial integration (FI/CO) with PS.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
