Role Description
We seek a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Agent for our growing Mumbai team. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity at the forefront of the beauty industry while building a meaningful career with a globally recognized brand. You will become integral to our sales organization, collaborating with talented professionals sharing our passion for beauty and customer excellence.
As the primary point of contact between Candy Love and valued clients, you will drive sales growth and build lasting business relationships. This requires someone driven to achieve ambitious sales targets and genuinely passionate about beauty and exceptional customer experiences.
Your primary focus will be actively driving sales and generating new business by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients. You will understand unique client needs—retail partners, salon owners, makeup artists, beauty influencers, and consumers—positioning our products as solutions enhancing their businesses and endeavors. Your expertise in Candy Love products and market dynamics will be essential for closing deals and expanding market presence.
Key responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, promptly responding to inquiries, explaining product features in resonant ways, and providing comprehensive sales cycle support. You will exceed sales targets while maintaining meticulous customer interaction and pipeline records. You will identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, ensuring clients understand our full value proposition.
You will identify market opportunities through direct outreach, beauty events, trade shows, and strategic partnerships with salons, boutiques, and online retailers. Customer satisfaction is paramount—address concerns promptly, professionally manage returns and exchanges, and build strong relationships driving repeat business and referrals. Provide valuable feedback to product and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
You may mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and contributing to team development. Your success is measured by numbers and relationship quality and brand reputation impact in Mumbai.
Qualifications and Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication to interact effectively with diverse clients and team members. Articulate product benefits clearly, craft persuasive pitches, and maintain professional correspondence. Your style should be warm, professional, and adaptable to different personalities.
Strong Customer Service: Show genuine passion for customer satisfaction in every interaction. Listen actively, empathize with concerns, and create positive experiences resulting in loyalty and referrals. Handle challenging situations gracefully and professionally.
Proven Sales Expertise: Demonstrate consistent ability to meet or exceed sales targets with proven success. Experience with B2B or B2C sales, sales pipelines, negotiation techniques, and CRM tools is highly valued. Be results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable in performance-oriented environments.
Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, experience in insurance or beauty/cosmetics would be advantageous. Understanding industry landscape, regulatory considerations, and customer expectations is valuable. Related sector experience in retail, professional services, or luxury goods is transferable.
