Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Agent located in chitrakoot and Mahoba banda Hamirpur j. The Field Agent will be responsible for providing field services, engaging with merchants and customers to drive adoption of the Zuvy platform. Responsibilities include training users, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting merchants with sales and onboarding activities. The role will also involve communication of product benefits, gathering feedback, and reporting data to support the company's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service operations and on-ground merchant support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with merchants and resolve inquiries
• Ability to deliver Training and product demonstrations to merchants and customers
• Sales skills to onboard merchants and explain the product's value proposition
• Proficiency in regional languages and familiarity with local markets is a plus
• Strong organizational, time-management, and data reporting skills
• Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree and prior experience in a field agent or similar role
