About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our woodwork factory. The candidate will be responsible for executing high-quality woodwork across a variety of fixed and loose furniture items, including wardrobes, kitchens, consoles, beds, sofas, wall paneling, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on the fabrication, assembly, and installation of:
  • Modular wardrobes and kitchens
  • Beds, sofas, and consoles
  • Wall paneling and storage units
  • Other custom-designed fixed and loose furniture
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and designs.
  • Operate woodworking machines, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure precise measurements, cutting, and finishing of wood components.
  • Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
  • Repair and refurbish wooden furniture as required.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project timelines.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter in a factory, workshop, or interior projects.
  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and material specifications.
  • Skilled in polishing, laminating, and assembling furniture.
  • Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience in furniture manufacturing or interiors.
  • Knowledge of modular furniture assembly and modern fittings.
  • Experience working with MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, and hardwoods.
