Job Title: Installation Manager North Market

Base Location: Gurgaon

Travel Requirement: Minimum 3 days per week to sites across northern India

Reporting To: Installation Head

Job Summary: The Installation Manager – North Market is responsible for overseeing and executing door set installations across sites in northern India. Based in Gurgaon and reporting to the Installation Head, this role requires coordination with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure installations meet quality and timeline standards. The candidate will travel extensively to monitor site operations and drive successful installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute installation activities across assigned sites in northern India
  • Coordinate with customers and site teams to ensure expectations and timelines are met
  • Liaise with dispatch and supply teams for timely delivery of door sets
  • Supervise site supervisors, QC teams, and contractors to uphold safety and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate installation records and regularly update senior management
  • Train contractors and carpenters on SOPs to reduce manpower issues and delays
  • Conduct routine site visits for audits, issue resolution, and team support
  • Monitor daily site operations and escalate significant concerns to the Installation Head
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings with sales and installation teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in construction, installation, or site operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel frequently across northern India
