Key Responsibilities
- Interact with callers and provide them with information regarding our partnered wellness centers.
- Understand the needs of the callers.
- Communicate to them the relevant information regarding the wellness packages.
- Manage the leads effectively.
- Make outbound follow-up calls.
- Update proper notes in the CRM system.
- Convert the leads to meet the sales goals.
