Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, sourcing, and talent management. It is an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge of HR processes and enhance your professional skills in the field of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media engagement and content creation.
  • Provide administrative support in recruitment-related activities.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Note: Laptop/Desktop and Internet must be available.
  • Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
