We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Government Tender Acquisition Specialist with experience in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, preparing, and submitting bids for government tenders in line with the company's strategic objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of government procurement processes, telecom technologies, and regulatory compliance.
- Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze government procurement portals, tender bulletins, and e-procurement platforms for telecom-related tenders.
- Evaluate tender opportunities based on feasibility, alignment with business goals, and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal departments (legal, technical, finance, operations) for bid preparation and compliance.
- Prepare and compile complete bid documents including technical, commercial, and administrative sections.
- Ensure timely submission of Expression of Interest (EOI), Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and other tender responses.
- Liaise with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and regulatory bodies to clarify tender specifications and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of submitted bids, status tracking, and post-bid follow-up.
- Assist in negotiations, contract finalization, and handover to the execution team.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in telecom regulations, public procurement laws, and government policies affecting the industry.
