Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hairdresser cum Retail Sales Executive located in Phoenix Market City, Kurla W, Mumbai. The Hairdresser cum Retail Sales executive will be responsible for providing professional hair extensions trials leading to sales, customizing hair extensions for clients as per their hair colour, chemical work, hair cutting and styling services. Additionally, the role involves actively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing customized hair solutions, and promoting and selling our range of hair extension products. The candidate will ensure a high level of customer service, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and stay updated on the latest hair trends and products. Candidates with experience in retail beauty industry or hair extensions brands will have an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Graduation in any stream.
  • Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Care, and Hair Cutting
  • Hairdressing course from a reputed academy.
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales targets.
