About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our Financial Planning and Investment Advisory team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple verticals — including financial planning, insurance advisory, investment onboarding, and client engagement.

You will collaborate closely with our planners and insurance team to design financial plans, review policies, assist clients in understanding recommendations, and guide them through implementation. The role also includes creating educational content, conducting webinars, and participating in financial awareness initiatives for clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities

·      Assist the financial planning team in drafting comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies for clients.

·      Support the insurance division with policy reviews, coverage adequacy assessments, and product comparisons.

·      Interact directly with clients to explain financial plans, clarify recommendations, and ensure seamless execution of next steps.

·      Facilitate client onboarding for mutual funds, insurance, and other in-house products and services offered by ithought.

·      Create presentations, reports, and dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint to support advisory work.

·      Contribute to the creation of financial content — including blogs, videos, social media posts, and educational materials.

·      Participate in and help organize client workshops, webinars, and financial literacy sessions.

·      Coordinate with internal teams (RMs, operations, and compliance) to ensure timely execution of client deliverables.

·      Maintain a client-first mindset and deliver high-quality service aligned with ithought's standards.

Skills & Requirements

·      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.

·      Certifications: CFP, CWM, CA, or CFA charterholders (or candidates pursuing these) preferred.

·      Strong foundation in personal finance, investments, and insurance.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·      Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

·      Strong analytical, coordination, and presentation skills.

·      Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across functions.
