Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru East for a Counsellor/Sr. Counsellor/Assistant Manager at IDP Education Ltd. The role involves guiding students in their academic and career decisions, providing insights into international education opportunities, and supporting application processes. The selected candidate will manage consultations with prospective students, provide detailed information about educational institutions, and assist in visa applications. The role also involves maintaining relationships with students and ensuring excellent customer service throughout their journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience in student counseling or academic advisory roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and guide students effectively.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, institutions, and visa processes.
  • Ability to work in an on-site setting with a team-oriented and customer-first mindset.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and technology.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline; higher education qualifications are a plus.
