Profile - Sr. Planning Engineer

Qualification - B.Tech - civil 

Experience - Min. 10+ yrs. in infra project (must knowledge of software : Primavera P6 or MS Project.)

Location- Panvel , Mumbai

Job Description

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules must using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Establish a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and define project deliverables.

Prepare baseline schedules and update them as per project progress.

Ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives, contract requirements, and milestones.Track project progress against the baseline schedule and prepare progress reports.

Conduct Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to assess cost and schedule performance.

Identify schedule deviations and propose corrective actions.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and stakeholders.Allocate resources such as manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently.

Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely material deliveries.

Ensure cost-effective resource utilization while maintaining project quality. Collaborate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Contractors to ensure smooth execution.

Communicate project timelines and updates with clients, consultants, and government authorities.

Conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to resolve scheduling conflicts. Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA) for project delays.

Support claims preparation for Extension of Time (EOT) and cost compensations.

Work with contract teams to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
