Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Team Lead located in Mumbai. The Java Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Java developers, overseeing the software development life cycle, implementing microservices architecture, and ensuring adherence to design patterns. Daily tasks include project planning, code reviews, team mentorship, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java and Microservices
  • Strong understanding of Design Patterns
  • Proven experience in Software Development
  • Excellent Team Leadership skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
