Qualification Required: - Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and Microservices. - Proficiency in REST APIs, Web Services, and SQL/PL-SQL. - Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP would be beneficial. - Previous experience leading a development team with strong problem-solving skills. - Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
