Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Bengaluru, responsible for expanding the market presence of Daily tasks include leading and managing a sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires regular travel within the assigned region, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients. The Area Sales Manager will also be involved in training and performance evaluation of the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Market Expansion
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills for market research and strategy development
- Customer service orientation and ability to develop client relationships
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the real estate or Proptech industry is a plus
