Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the estimation and costing domain, specifically within the Oil & Gas, EPC, water treatment, Biogas, process / chemical plants, desalination, manufacturing or renewable energy sectors. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with RFQs, P&IDs, PFDs, Excel, drawings, vendor coordination and tender documentation, and have the ability to generate accurate cost estimates for various engineering packages and turnkey projects.

Major Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for GAS LAB offerings for, CO2 plants, N2O plants, Storage and dosing systems, merchant plants, process house, pressure vessels, biogas systems.
  • Analyse technical documents, P&IDs, drawings, specifications, tender documents, and client requirements to prepare estimations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to obtain relevant inputs for estimation.
  • Develop and maintain estimation templates, pricing databases, and historical cost records.
  • Prepare BOQ / BOM, cost breakdown structures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors for timely and economic quotes to meet estimation requirements.
  • Prepare commercial proposal documentation as per client/tender requirements.
  • Perform cost comparison analysis.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings
  • Maintain daily MIS and meet work timelines set by the RM

Tools Expertise / Skills / Software Proficiency:

Advanced Excel and Word skills are a must.
