Job Role: AM/Manager Legal

Objective:

To manage, monitor, and strategize all litigation matters of the building materials plant and its associated operations, ensuring compliance with legal frameworks, safeguarding company interests, and minimizing legal risks.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of corporate, civil, criminal, labor, and industrial laws.
  • Experience in handling litigations related to manufacturing/mining/cement industry.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple litigations simultaneously.
  • Should be proficient in Gujarati (read,write,speak)

Qualifications & Experience

  • LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
  • 6–12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, preferably in a manufacturing or cement sector.
  • Exposure to labor disputes, land & mining laws, and regulatory compliance is preferred.
