  11. Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  12. Conduct regular status meetings and progress reviews.

  13. Stakeholder & Client Management

  14. Act as the primary point of contact between the client and the company.

  15. Communicate project status, risks, and issues transparently.

  16. Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction.

  17. Risk & Issue Management

  18. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  19. Resolve conflicts, bottlenecks, and challenges promptly.

  20. Quality & Compliance

  21. Ensure project deliverables meet defined standards and regulatory requirements.

  22. Conduct inspections, testing, and quality checks as needed.

  23. Closure & Evaluation

  24. Deliver completed project to the client on time and within scope.

  25. Document lessons learned, prepare closure reports, and release resources.
  26. Measure success against KPIs and project objectives.
