Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Automation Engineer, based in Pune with opportunities for partial work from home. The Senior Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing automated systems and workflows. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting automation processes, optimizing process controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing efficiency. Additionally, the role involves leveraging robotics and electrical engineering expertise to advance operational capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Automation and Robotics with the ability to design, implement, and optimize automated systems.
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Process Control to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Engineering principles and practices relevant to automated and integrated systems.
  • Experience with developing innovative solutions in process automation and improving system workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or significant relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard automation tools and certifications in control systems or automation (preferred).
