JOB DESCRIPTION FOR MIS EXECUTIVE

We are looking MIS Executive who is responsible for includes managing and maintaining the organization's Management Information Systems to ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity, which involves data collection, analysis, and report generation to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include creating and updating databases, generating regular and customized reports, analysing trends, and providing technical support and training to users.

Key responsibilities

• System management:

Maintain and manage the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS) and IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and efficiency.

• Data management:

Collect, clean, consolidate, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data from various sources.

• Reporting and analysis:

Generate regular and customized reports, dashboards, and data visualizations (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) for management. Analyse trends and provide insights to support decision-making.

• System development and enhancement:

Design and develop new systems, update existing ones, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency.

• Data security:

Ensure data security by maintaining access controls, conducting regular audits, and following data backup procedures.

• User support:

Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and train staff on how to effectively use the MIS tools and systems.

• Collaboration:

Work with different departments to understand their data needs and ensure the MIS supports their requirements.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• Proficiency with software tools like Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,000.00 per month
